At Aura By Arqam, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed via call or SMS before dispatch.
🚚 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

💰 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000.
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
📲 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to track your shipment.
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
⚠️ Delayed or Failed Deliveries
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
